I decided to spend a couple hours on Onemotion.com
I drew Mulan after a good bit of trying to sketch her up right since you can't sit there and go bit by bit and get the oriental line look. Quick strokes are the key so I spent a bit their. Then the way you color is weird on ther so I had to apply the darker color first then the base >,< Anyways I spent about and hour an 40 minutes on this. Hope you like it.  The line-art of this is awesome and so is the coloured version! I like the simple shading!

It was a bit messed up but it makes it more original I guess. Idk. I said hel with they eye after messing with it for about 15 minutes.

I messed up his eye so many times and erased it so many times, that I ripped a hole in the paper. It was to thick to trace, so I had to redraw everything. The eye is still weird!

You've definately improved over these times.
I like the messy kind of calligraphy feel to it which is great! considering mulan is an asian based movie.
A background would really bring the picture out. Even something simple.
You've kept the lightsource consistent with great shading. It would be better if you brought her more to the left and drew in her other hand. It would give it a better feel of completion.
I also like the sense of motion, the way her clothes are folded to her movement and how her hair is swishing. Her expression is also wonderful. :]
